Neuroscience software survey: What is popular, what has problems?

There is an excellent survey on Neuroscience software, carried out by Yaroslav Halchenko and his colleague. Here is the result link: http://neuro.debian.net/survey/2011/results.html

  1. Thanks :) That seems useful. I've always showed interest in this genre but never took the time to quite understand it. Are these the programs that the doctors use with their patients or something?

  2. Yes, most of these programs are used for both clinical applications and academic research.
